Sizemore initiative coming up short

Looks like Bill Sizemore's insurance initiative is behind on signatures:

An initiative proposing to ban insurance companies from using credit scores in calculating rates still needs 25,000 signatures to make Oregon's Nov. 7 ballot, state election officials said Friday.
