Spanning the State--Winter SUX edition

Update 1:00 PM: Gordie from Rogue Pundit looked at the numbers and found that the AP reporter on Oregon having the sixth highest homeless population made a sloppy error. Oregon is 12th apparently, not sixth. Still not a stellar ranking, but better than reported.

FYI: I live in Oregon in part because of our generally temperate climate.

This week? Not so much on the temperate.

Thus I'm staying inside today to watch the Seahawks probably lose to the Bears.

Okay, enough whining. Let's Span the State!
