Westlund camp: signature update

The Westlund campaign is reporting that they are at 4,858 signatures. They need 18,364 to get Westlund's name on the ballot.

They're also reporting $670,000 in contributions and pledges. How much are actual contributions and how much are pledges? Guess we'll have to wait for the next C&E reports to find out.
