Westlund signature update, part 2

From comments to this AM posting updating Weslund's 4,858 signatures, Jessie (from the campaign) tells us Democracy Resources has collected 1200 signatures in the past two weeks (during the Rose Festival). Volunteers collected 450 over the weekend.

TJ calculates that they'll need at least 2000 signatures a week to make the deadline.

Are TJ and I the only ones seeing a problem here?
