Ron gets some due

There's a very nice write up of Ron Wyden by Jeff Kosseff in today's O.

Rather than heavily excerpting it here, I encourage you to go and read it. The gist is that Wyden knows how to knit together bipartisanship when necessary while retaining the essential activist streak that was his hallmark when in Portland.

His threatening tone is limited by a boyish voice that a Washington political blog once said sounds like "Linus explaining the true meaning of Christmas." But the power move is real.
