Apparently, David Wu has lots of time for cameos at city council meetings that aren't part of his district.



But he just can't seem to find any time in his schedule to meet with a constituent who wants to interview him.

Namely me.

C'mon Congressman...we're supposed to be playing for the same side, remember? None of those folks in Portland can vote for you.
