It looks like Kelly Clark is now the official punching bag of the Secretary of State's office.



Clark's latest attempt to thwart the Constitution Party has been formally dismissed.

Dumbass that he is, I'm sure we'll be seeing him coming back sooner or later for another round. He's clearly a glutton for this kind of punishment.
