KOIN Calls for Ted; Wins Clackamas

Just now, whoever the dude with the beard is on KOIN6 has reported a projection for Ted Kulongoski to win in Clackamas County, is even in Washington--and on that basis has called the election for the Governor.

I have it at 25 minutes...!
