Is Senator Gary George on crack?

Lawdy.

Not that this has a snowball's chance in hell of passing--but did the people of McMinnville (who keep sending this guy to the State Senate) really intend for George to send up whackjob crap like this?

I realize that areas in Oregon that have large swaths of federal forest land are in dire straights because of the timber payments issue--but this ain't gonna solve it.
