Westlund signature update

Westlund's website has updated their website to reflect a current status of 10,465 signatures.

Its noteworthy that the campaign has generally been updating their count only on Mondays. The update was done on Monday and Wednesday so far this week.

T minus two days and counting for the initiative petition deadline as well. I, for one, cannot WAIT until that's over. Jeez.
